Ranjit Thomas has extensive experience in the culinary industry, currently serving in new product development and innovation at Supertails since May 2021. Prior to this role, Ranjit held the position of Head of New Product Development at Licious from August 2019 to April 2021. Ranjit's career includes significant roles such as Executive Chef at The Westin Chennai Velachery and Exec Sous Chef at JW Marriott Juhu Mumbai. Ranjit also served as Chef de Cuisine at both Ritz Carlton Bangalore and Hyatt Regency Pune and held the position of Senior Sous Chef at Leela Palaces and Resorts in Bangalore. Ranjit's early career included five years as a Senior Kitchen Executive at Oberoi Hotels and Resorts from 2005 to 2010.
