Reid Cuming has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as a Vice President at AlixPartners. From there, they co-founded Platform Development, LLC in 2011 before joining Safe Shepherd as a Business Development professional in 2013. In 2014, they co-founded Sales Beach as a Product Co-founder before transitioning to Square as a Product Management Lead from 2015 to 2019. Reid then joined Stripe as a Product Management professional until 2021, when they became the Head of Product at Chime. In 2022, they joined Compound Labs as the VP and GM of Compound Treasury before co-founding Superstate in 2023, where they currently serve as a Co-founder and COO. Throughout their career, Reid Cuming has also been an Angel Investor and Advisor since 2019.

Reid Cuming earned a Bachelor's degree in Philosophy, Politics, & Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, completing their studies from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained a certification as a Certified Insolvency Restructuring Advisor from the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors.
