Eric Keen has over ten years of work experience. Eric began their career in 2010 as a Model for D1 Model Management. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Assistant & Keyholder for Helly Hansen and as a Games Analyst Intern for Fnatic. From 2015 to 2017, they worked for On Device Research as a Data Automation Manager and a Data Analyst, for GameBritannia as a Co-Founder, and for Exient as a Games Analyst (Contract). In 2017, they began working for Supersolid as a Head Of Analytics, Lead Analyst, and Games Analyst. In their roles, they have designed end-to-end analytics systems, introduced and implemented Looker for dashboarding, written and maintained SQL queries and SQL-driven dashboards, delivered accurate and actionable analysis, designed game telemetry, automated processes, balanced and weighted large data sets, managed events technical production and games organisation, handled payments and returns, opened/closed store as key-holder, received and processed stock deliveries, worked closely with professional teams and management to analyse opposition tactics, obtained data from Valve's API to store in local MySQL databases, and processed data in MS Excel.

Eric Keen completed their Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Queen Mary University of London in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Dr. Challoners Grammar School from 2005 to 2011, where they studied Applied ICT, History, Philosophy & Ethics and AS English Lit.
