Harshit Badiger is an experienced professional in product and program management within the HRTech and assessment industry. Currently serving as an Associate Product Manager at Superset since July 2023, Harshit focuses on innovative assessment products. Previously, as an Associate Program Manager at Upraised, Harshit contributed to the Career Accelerator Program. Harshit’s career includes significant roles at Aon, where achievements included designing and delivering cognitive assessments and overseeing key account relationships. Harshit began the career at Aon as an Associate in Assessment Design and Analytics and has also completed internships at Ekzen Robotics and the Nuclear Power Corporation of India. Harshit holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BMS Institute of Technology and Management.
