Filip Brännström has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Filip started their career as a Lieutenant commander in the Swedish Armed Forces, where they gained experience in leadership, administration, military strategies, and tactics. Filip then served as the Head of Department HR Helpdesk, managing and developing the department's operations and providing support to managers and personnel. Filip also held the position of HR Process Manager, overseeing the recruiting processes for all branches of the armed services.

In addition to their military experience, Filip worked at Upphandlingsmyndigheten as the Head of Department Development and Projects. In this role, they focused on meeting customer needs, developing digital services, and driving major projects. Filip was also responsible for customer experience as the Head of Department Customer Experience.

Filip's international experience includes working as a Military Advisor in the European Union Naval Force, where they advised a high-ranking officer and represented the Swedish Armed Forces and Sweden in a multinational environment. Filip also interned at UNHCR, where they gained experience in analyzing information, drafting policies, and conducting presentations.

Currently, they hold the position of Head of People at Supernormal, where they are responsible for the people aspects of the organization. Overall, Filip Brännström has a strong background in leadership, HR, project management, and international relations.

Filip Brännström's education history is as follows:

From 2005 to 2008, Filip Brännström attended Umeå University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science/Public Administration.

In 2018, Filip Brännström enrolled at Chefakademin and is expected to complete an Executive MBA degree in Business Strategy and Leadership by 2023.

In 2015, Filip Brännström participated in an executive management program offered by Stockholm School of Economics Executive Education, focusing on executive education and leadership.

During 2012 and 2013, Filip Brännström attended the Försvarshögskolan - Swedish Defence University, where they completed the Lieutenant Commander program in the STAFF OFFICER COURSE.

In 2010, Filip Brännström studied Labour Law at Stockholm University.

From 2003 to 2004, Filip Brännström underwent training at the Swedish Armed Forces and earned the qualification of Officer. The training concentrated on leadership and security policy.
