With previous experience as an Engineering Manager at Back Market and a Software Engineering Manager at AXA, NICOLAS has successfully managed engineering teams and implemented various tools and methodologies to improve code quality. With a background in development and leadership roles, their focus now is on deploying agile methodologies and empowering their team to achieve success.
