Jason Shallenberger began their work experience in 2008 as a Sales Director at Grand Discovery Consultants, where they were responsible for training and managing sales associates. Jason held this position until August 2013. In September 2013, they joined SuperJeweler.com, Inc. as a Sales Executive. Jason was later promoted to the role of Director of Sales and Service in January 2017.

Jason Shallenberger obtained a Bachelor's degree in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Western Carolina University between 2009 and 2011.
