Judy Albaugh has extensive experience in accounting and finance, currently serving as a Cost Accountant at Superior Tire & Rubber Corp since June 2018. Prior roles include Fiscal Director for the County of Warren, Accountant at Dresser-Rand Company, and Accounting Manager at Warren General Hospital. Judy began their career in finance as Payroll Manager at United Refining Company and has a solid educational background, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Pittsburgh @ Bradford, as well as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist credential. Additionally, Judy obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Fibers & Weaving from PennWest Edinboro, complemented by a minor in Graphic Design and an accounting concentration.
