Mariana Vega has a long and varied work experience. Mariana began their career in 2005 as a Dance Instructor and Performer for the Santa Clara Ballet. In 2006, they became the Office Manager for Dance Attack. In 2007, they became the Office Manager/Bookkeeper for IS Works, Inc. and in 2008, they became the Bookkeeper for TheatreWorks. In 2011, they were the Bookkeeper for Harmony Birth & Family and the Contract Bookkeeper for Comgro Soil Amendments. In 2016, they became the Office Manager/Bookkeeper for J3 Associates Inc. and in 2020, they became the Director of Finance for South Peninsula Hebrew Day School. In 2022, they are currently the Office Manager for Superior Sensor Technology. In addition, they are the Founder/Owner of 247 OfficeWorks, a company that specializes in QuickBooks, Payroll Solutions, Insurance, Bookkeeping and has supported small business owners in San Jose, Campbell and the Bay Area since 2001.

Mariana Vega has a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from Fundacion GOECRO, which they obtained between 1990 and 1994. Mariana also has a Bachelor in Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Buenos Aires, which they obtained between 1988 and 1992. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including QuickBooks Payroll Certification from Intuit in January 2023, Gusto People Advisory Accelerator Certified from Gusto in August 2022, and QuickBooks Online Advanced Certification, QuickBooks Online Certification, and QuickBooks Pro Advisor from Intuit.
