James Devens has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Superior Plus Propane since May 2017. Prior roles include Chief Operating Officer at Appalachian Natural Gas Company and Division President at Inergy Propane LLC. Devens held several positions at AmeriGas, including Director of Region Operations for both the Southern and Northeast Regions, and served as Director of Operations at Highland Propane. Earlier experience includes General Manager at Highland Propane, Project Engineer at Roanoke Gas Company, and service as Captain in the U.S. Army. James Devens earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Virginia Military Institute in 1987.
