Carol Molback began their career in 2014 with McDonald's Corporation as an Operations Consultant and Project Management Office Deployment Consultant. In their role as Operations Consultant, they managed a team of general managers and employees in a group of company-owned restaurants, ensuring restaurants operated within company Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) and food safety standards. As Project Management Office Deployment Consultant, they implemented business strategies to deliver effective products, services and solutions to the Franchise and customers, executed plans for efficient restaurant operations as well as process and product improvements. In 2020, Carol moved to TailWind Voice & Data as a Technical Project Manager, where they directed large and small IT projects and communicated with clients regarding project scope alterations, updates, and potential issues. Carol is currently employed as a Project Manager at Superior Consulting Services.

Carol Molback is currently a CAPM Certification Candidate at the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2018. Carol has also taken a Management Course at Loras College.
