Jonathan Rivera Orellana currently serves as Jefe del Departamento Normativo at Superintendencia de Seguridad Social since May 2023. Prior to this role, Jonathan was Jefe del Departamento de Previsi贸n Social at Subsecretar铆a para las Fuerzas Armadas from December 2021 to May 2023 and held the position of Abogado at Superintendencia de Seguridad Social in the Depto. de Regulaci贸n from August 2016 to December 2021. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as an Abogado informante in the Departamento de Licencias M茅dicas at Superintendencia de Seguridad Social from September 2012 to December 2015. Jonathan also contributed to academia as an Ayudante at Pontificia Universidad Cat贸lica de Chile from August 2012 to December 2017 and served as a tutor and relator in various programs focusing on gerontology and social security. Jonathan holds a M谩ster en Direcci贸n y Gesti贸n de los Sistemas de Seguridad Social from Universidad de Alcal谩, a Diplomado en Administraci贸n para la Gesti贸n Gerontol贸gica, and a degree in Abogado from Pontificia Universidad Cat贸lica de Chile.
