Tuan-Anh Nguyen began their work experience in 2015 as an R&D employee at VTC Intecom, where they focused on user experience design, market research, and product analysis. Tuan-Anh then joined FPT Software in 2015 as a Solution Architect, and in 2016, they moved on to Viettel Group, working as a Big Data Engineer on a data monitoring project. In 2018, Tuan-Anh became the Vice President of Engineering at Superfine, and in May 2022, they were promoted to Chief Technology Officer.

Tuan-Anh Nguyen attended Foreign Trade University, Ha Noi from 2012 to 2016, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce. Prior to that, they attended Vinh Phuc Gifted Secondary School from 2009 to 2012, where they completed their high school education with a focus on Informatics. Additionally, they obtained certifications in the Stanford Online Machine Learning Course from Coursera (year not specified) and Microsoft Office Excel® 2010 from Microsoft in 2015.
