Oana Dragnea's work experience begins in 2003 with a role as a Sales Assistant at Tora Logistics. DRAGNEA then worked as a Sales Assistant at Orlando Import Export in 2004 and as a Project Manager Assistant at Inform Lykos SA from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they had roles as a Teller/Teller Volt at Bancpost and as a Customer Service Officer at Bancpost S.A. From 2007 to 2014, they worked as a Retail Team Coordinator at Romanian Bank S.A. Member of National Bank of Greece. DRAGNEA then became an Administrator for corporate loans (SBB) at Romanian Bank from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Telekom Romania Mobile Communication SA as a Customer Base Analyst, where they performed detailed analysis on the postpaid customer base and was involved in various marketing decisions and campaigns. Currently, since 2021, they work as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Superbet.

Oana Dragnea obtained a Bachelor's degree in economics from the Academy of Economic Studies Bucharest, from 1999 to 2003.
