Debashis Das has an extensive background in sales and marketing within the steel and building materials industry, currently serving as Assistant General Manager (Sales & Marketing) at Super Smelters Limited since December 2016. This middle management role involves strategic planning and execution, focusing on channel sales, distributor-dealer networks, and institutional project sales across both government and private sectors. Previously, Debashis held senior marketing positions at SRMB SRIJAN Ltd., Adhunik Metaliks Ltd., and Kamdhenu Ispat Ltd., where responsibilities included comprehensive sales operations, brand promotion, and customer liaison with engineers and contractors. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Marketing from Himalayan University and a BBA in Marketing from Punjabi University, complemented by a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from APC Roy Polytechnic.
