Christine Edwards has extensive work experience at SUNY Oneonta. From July 2021 to June 2022, they served as the Interim Director of Residence Life. Prior to that, they held the role of Associate Director of Housing from July 2008 to July 2021. In these positions, they supervised professional staff, managed budgets, oversaw facilities functions, and participated in various committees and renovation projects. From July 2005 to July 2008, they worked as the Assistant Director of Residential Community Life, where they supervised professional staff and chaired training committees. Before that, from August 2001 to July 2005, they were the Assistant Director of Programming and Training, responsible for overseeing educational programming and supervising both student and professional staff.

Christine Edwards is currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Community and Public Affairs from Binghamton University. Christine has also completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Higher Education/Higher Education Administration from Iowa State University. Additionally, Christine holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Physics from the State University of New York Cortland.
