Monique Neijzen is the Head of People Operations and Total Reward at Sunweb Group. Previously, Monique worked as a Manager for Compensation & Benefits at Sanoma Learning and as an International Mobility Partner at Philips. Prior to that, Monique held roles as an International Compensation & Benefits Manager at Forbo Flooring BV and as a Global Mobility Consultant at Associates for International Research, Inc. Monique has a Master's degree in International Affairs and Political Science from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism Management Consultancy from Breda University of Applied Sciences.
