Lisette van Hulst has extensive experience in various leadership and operational roles, currently serving as Product Owner, Lead Training and Development, and Lead Operational Excellence at Sunweb Group since July 2018. Prior to this position, Lisette was the Customer Care Operations Manager at The Little Green Bag from April 2015 to July 2018 and held multiple roles at NH Hotel Group, including Head of Customer Care, Customer Care Coordinator, and Customer Care Employee from September 2009 to June 2014. Lisette holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in European Studies and Business Management from De Haagse Hogeschool/The Hague University of Applied Sciences and obtained a Green Belt certification from LCG in 2022.
