Kelsey Bax has extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Care Specialist at Sunweb Group since April 2021, after previously holding a Stagiaire customer care position within the same company. Prior to this, Kelsey worked as a Fabrieksmedewerker at Jimmy Products B.V. from November 2018 to November 2020. Kelsey earned a degree in Toerisme, specializing in Toeristisch Management, from Albeda College in the Netherlands, completing the program between 2019 and 2022.
