Chloe Chan Tze Yee is an experienced professional in the field of civil engineering and project management, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Sunway Property since August 2022. Prior to this role, Chloe held the position of Project Director at CREST BUILDER HOLDINGS BERHAD from March 2017 to July 2022, overseeing the property development division. A solid foundation in design and technical management was established at ML Global Bhd, where Chloe worked as a Senior Manager from July 2009 to February 2017. Early career experience includes roles as an Engineer at JuruJati Konsultant Sdn Bhd and a Civil & Structural Engineer at Meinhardt (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, as well as a Junior Planning Engineer at Bina Puri Construction Sdn Bhd. Chloe earned a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Civil Engineering from Universiti Malaysia Sabah between 2000 and 2004.
