Eunice Koh has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Eunice started their career as a Senior Consultant at Philibro & Hudson Consulting Group, where they worked from September 2008 to August 2011. Eunice then joined Sunway Berhad as a Manager in Recruitment, where they worked from August 2011 to June 2013. Eunice subsequently joined Sunway Quarry Industries Sdn Bhd as a Human Resources Manager from July 2013 to July 2018. During their tenure, they were responsible for various HR functions, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and employee engagement. Eunice then joined Sunway Medical Centre in August 2018 as a Senior Manager in Human Capital. Their role involved being a HR business partner for the Nursing and A&E team, implementing industrial relations best practices and driving strategic HR management plans. Eunice was later promoted to Assistant Director of Human Capital in January 2022, where they oversaw industrial relations practices hospital-wide and served as a key business partner to the Nursing and Allied Health Services Division.
Eunice Koh's education history begins in 2017, where they attended Open University Malaysia. Eunice completed their Executive Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management & Industrial Relations in 2020, focusing on labor and industrial relations.
In 2018, Eunice Koh obtained a certification as a Certified Facilitator for the First-Time Manager Program from The Ken Blanchard Companies. Additionally, in 2013, they obtained certification as an HRDF Certified Trainer from HRDF - Human Resources Development Fund Malaysia. Eunice also became a Certified Facilitator for The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People Signature Program from FranklinCovey in the same year.
In 2022, Eunice Koh attended Singapore Management University and completed the Hospital Management Programme in Hospital and Health Care Facilities Administration/Management.
