Roxana Leonte is a seasoned professional in human resources with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Sun Wave Pharma since September 2022, Roxana has previously held key leadership roles, including Human Resources Director at Karcher Romania and Director of Human Resources at both African Industries Group and Lasselsberger Group. Roxana's career began as an HR Generalist at Euroform SRL and progressed through roles focused on payroll, compensation, and benefits at Ipsos Interactive Services. Roxana holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Sociology from the University of Bucharest, a Master's degree in Psychology with a focus on Human Resources from Titu Maiorescu University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics from Dinicu Golescu.
