Muhammad Jidda Tom holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD deferred) in Islamic Banking and Finance and a Master of Laws (LLM) in the same field from the International Islamic University Malaysia. Additionally, Muhammad possesses a Bachelor of Laws (LLBS) in Shari'ah Law from the Islamic University of Madinah and is a Certified Islamic Finance Professional. Muhammad Jidda Tom's extensive experience includes serving as an Associate Member of the Malaysia Young Shariah Scholars Association, a member of the secretariat at the Islamic Financial Services Board, and a board member at the Moroccan Centre for Islamic Economics. Roles also include Shari'ah Audit and product development at SunTrust Bank Nigeria Ltd, a Consultant Shari'ah Advisor at Stork Human Capital Development, and a Product Development Officer at Jaiz Bank PLC. With a long-standing commitment to Islamic finance, Muhammad Jidda Tom has contributed through various consultancy and advisory capacities, focusing on regulatory standards and product development in the Islamic financial sector.
