Captain Mike Czubek is an experienced maritime professional with a diverse background in boating and ice management. Currently serving as a Tender Captain and Ice Rink Manager at Suntex Marinas since March 2022, Czubek is also a Co-Founder of Boat Safe Chicago since January 2023, and an Independent Contractor with Freedom Boat Club since June 2015, where instruction on safe vessel operation is provided. Czubek holds extensive experience in charter services through Captain Mike's Blue Water Charters, and has been an official with USA Hockey since 1987. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Northeastern Illinois University, along with multiple maritime certifications, Czubek combines a strong business acumen with a deep commitment to boating safety and ice rink management.
