Avneet Goel serves as the Vice President of Business Development at Sunteck Realty Ltd since July 2023. Prior to this role, Avneet held the position of Head - Land Acquisition & Tenant Relations at HBS Realtors Pvt Ltd from November 2009 to July 2023, leading the Land Acquisition team and focusing on Redevelopment projects in South Mumbai while fostering collaboration with various departments. Avneet also worked as Assistant Vice President - Land Acquisitions & Tenant Relations, concentrating on properties with clear titles. Earlier career experience includes serving as Director at Citron Technologies Pvt Ltd, where expertise was developed in professional IT-enabled AV products and complex solutions. Avneet was the Executive Director at Soham Enterprises Pvt Ltd and Director at Esskay Synfab Pvt Ltd. Avneet holds an MMS in Marketing from the University of Mumbai and completed secondary schooling at Sri Ma Bal Niketan High School in Thane.
