Tinu Thomas has several years of experience in the field of human resources. Tinu began their career in 2014 as an Executive Resourcing at Thomas Mount Consulting Pvt Ltd, where they worked for a year. In 2016, they interned at Adecco India, gaining experience in HR compliance. Later that year, they joined Allianz as a Project Intern-HR Analytics for a short period. Since 2017, Tinu has been working at SunTec Business Solutions, starting as an Executive- HR and currently holding the position of Assistant Manager- HR. Their work at SunTec has been ongoing, and they are responsible for a variety of HR tasks and responsibilities.

Tinu Thomas obtained a Btech degree in computer science from Mount Zion College of Engineering, which they attended from 2009 to 2013. Tinu then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Berchmans Institute of Management Studies, where they studied from 2015 to 2017.

In addition to their formal education, Tinu has acquired several certifications. Tinu obtained the "Certified Great People Manager" certification from the Great Manager Institute® in April 2023. Tinu also became a "Great Place to Work Certified Professional" through the Great Place to Work® Institute (India) in November 2021. Furthermore, they received a certification in "Advance Microsoft Excel" from Tata Steel in May 2020 and a "Tech Recruiter Certification" from hirist.com in the same month and year. Tinu also obtained a certification in "HR Management & Analytics" from Amity Future Academy in April 2020. Tinu holds a "Xelerate Product Overview Certification" from SunTec Business Solutions, earned in April 2020. Tinu completed a certification course in "Recruiting & Talent Acquisition - Value Stream Mapping" on Udemy in March 2020. Tinu received the "AWS Cloud Practitioner Essentials" certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2019 and became a "Tech Recruitment Certified Professional" through DevSkiller in April 2020. Lastly, Tinu holds an "Excel Certification" for which the institution and obtained date are not provided.
