Subha Nair has a strong background in finance and has worked in various roles throughout their career. Subha started their career as a Corporate Trainee at Force Motors in 2005 and worked there until 2007. Subha then joined Fujitsu Consulting India as a Senior Finance Executive, where they were responsible for GL, Accounts Payable, and Expense Report. Their duties included vendor invoice scrutiny, accounts payable management, bank balance reconciliation, cash flow forecasting, and providing budget suggestions. Subha joined SunTec Business Solutions in 2015 as a Finance Analyst, where they are currently employed.

Subha Nair pursued their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Savitribai Phule Pune University, graduating in 2005. Subha then enrolled in the National Institute of Business Management (NIBM) Global for a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
