Lindsay Ozyck has had a diverse range of work experiences dating back to 2011 when they worked as a Recruiting Assistant at InSite Search A Division of Chaves & Associates. Lindsay then moved on to work as a Member Relations Associate at The National Society of Collegiate Scholars in 2015 before joining Double Eagle Agency in 2014 as an Office Automation Associate. At Double Eagle Agency, their responsibilities included researching, configuring, and training executives on new software, training agents on drafting quotes, filing documents, and utilizing a new EHR system, and building workflows using Power Automate thereby improving customer satisfaction by 13%.
In 2020, Lindsay worked as a Registered Behavior Technician at one or more agencies and then in 2021 joined Community Housing Advocates, Inc. as an Operations Specialist. Lindsay'sroles included collaborating cross-functionally to provide technical and administrative support, managing projects from inception to delivery, facilitating status, stakeholder, and negotiation meetings between executive leadership and third-party IT and HRIS vendors. Lindsay'sjob at Community Housing Advocates, Inc. ended in May 2023.
Currently, Lindsay is the Chief of Staff at Sunstone Therapies, a position they took up in May 2023.
Lindsay Ozyck is currently a Master's Candidate in Public Policy at the University of Maryland. Lindsay previously earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the same university in 2018. Prior to attending the university, they graduated from Joel Barlow High School in 2014. In addition to their formal education, Lindsay has obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma White Belt, Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), and Tableau Training from various institutions.
