Viktor Khon has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2009 when they joined the United States Marine Forces Reserve. Viktor held various roles within the unit, including HQ Co Clerk, Maintenance Management Clerk, and Platoon Sergeant. In 2012, they worked as an Outside Sales Support for Classic Escapes Inc. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as a Travel Agent for Pacific Holidays Inc., and from 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Travel Advisor/Owner for Cruise Planners / American Express Travel. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Salesforce Business Analyst for White Pine Trading LLC and HigherEchelon, Inc. Finally, since 2022, they have been a Solutions Architect and Product Owner for Sunstone Credit.

Viktor Khon obtained a Bachelor of Technology (BATc) in Hospitality Administration/Management from CUNY New York City College of Technology between 2009 and 2012. In 2017, they completed an Android Basics Nanodegree from Udacity in Mobile Development. In 2018, they completed a course from Salesforce Military. Additionally, Viktor Khon has obtained several certifications from Salesforce since 2018, including Salesforce Certified Application Architect and Salesforce Certified Data Architect (both obtained in April 2022), Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Architect (July 2021), Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (December 2020), Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (February 2020), Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (March 2019), Salesforce Advance Administrator (January 2019), Salesforce Platform App Builder (July 2018), and Salesforce Administrator (May 2018).
