Shayla M. worked as a Shift Supervisor at Dunkin' from 2011 to 2013. Shayla then became a Shift Supervisor at Jake's Wayback Burgers from 2012 to 2013. After that, they worked as a Restaurant Manager at D'Angelo Grilled Sandwiches from 2013 to 2014. In 2014, they worked as a Shift Supervisor again, but this time at Dunkin' until 2015. Shayla then joined TD as a Teller I from 2015 to 2017, later becoming a Teller II from 2017 to 2019, and finally a Head Teller from 2019 to 2019. Shayla then worked at Carter Bank & Trust as an AVP/Branch Manager II from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Shayla is working at Sunstone Counseling as the Director of Financial Operations starting from May 2022.

Shayla M. completed their Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Post University. Shayla attended the university from 2016 to 2021. Additionally, they obtained two certifications from LinkedIn; one in "Building Accountability into Your Culture" in November 2020 and another in "Giving Your Elevator Pitch" in November 2020.
