Joanne Blouin has a diverse and successful work experience in sales and territory management. Joanne started their career in 1993 working as Dr. Salsberg in Toronto. From 1995 to 2001, they worked as a Sales Representative at John O Butler Company, where they managed a large territory and was responsible for gaining new accounts and re-activating zero clients. In 2002, they joined Sunstar America as a Territory Sales Manager, where they consistently exceeded sales targets, gained new accounts, and achieved the highest results for sales of new product launches.

Joanne Blouin's education history begins in 1989 when they attended Georgian College for two years, studying Registered Nursing. Following this, they enrolled in Career Canada College in 1991 and completed their Certified Dental Assistant degree in the field of Dental Assisting/Assistant. The following year, in 1992, they furthered their dental education at Holland College and obtained a Preventative Dental Assistant (Level II) degree. Lastly, in 2020, Joanne briefly attended the University of Groningen to study Young People and their mental health, although the specific degree name is unknown. Additionally, in 2013, Joanne obtained certification as a Certified Sales Professional through the Canadian Professional Sales Association (CPSA).
