Courtney De Barros is an accomplished professional in business development and project management, currently serving as the Head of Business Development and Integration at Sunshine Tour since June 2021. With experience that includes roles as Business Development and Sponsorship Manager and Executive Liaison, Courtney has consistently driven strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals while fostering collaboration among departments. Prior to Sunshine Tour, Courtney held various positions at SAIL Rights Commercialisation, progressing from Golf Administrator to Senior Golf Project Manager, overseeing high-profile events and managing stakeholder relationships. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Sign Language Linguistics, further complemented by undergraduate degrees in Linguistics and Psychology from Rhodes University, along with a background in rowing administration and coaching at St Andrew's College.
