Leslie Kaat currently serves as the Legacy Foundation Administrative Assistant at Sunset Senior Communities since April 2022 and has been a contractor with LED Source since November 2019, where also held the position of Franchise Systems Support Manager. Prior experience includes Operations Manager at Ryzen Lighting Group from December 2014 to November 2019, providing key support to the President of the company. Leslie began a career in energy management as Energy Manager and CENA at Holland Home from April 2009 to December 2014. Leslie Kaat holds an Associate of Arts degree in Business from Grand Rapids Community College, earned between 2003 and 2006.
