Madeline Heethuis, CTRS, CDP, currently serves as the Director of Recreational Therapy and Life Enrichment & Volunteer Coordinator at Sunset Senior Communities since July 2020. Previously, Madeline held the position of Life Enrichment Coordinator at Pax et Cura of Cascade and gained experience as a Recreational Therapy Assistant and Intern at Holland Home. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy from Calvin College, where Madeline also worked as a Weekend Programming Intern and Orientation Leader. Additional experience includes roles as a Sales Associate at Adored Boutique, Worship Leader at LaGrave Avenue Christian Reformed Church, Sports Mascot for the Grand Rapids Griffins, and Camp Counselor at Great Escape Day Camp.
