Wendy Bowlds' work experience begins in 1985 at Data General, where they worked as a Training Manager in Educational Services for ten years. Wendy then moved to Oracle Corporation as a Partner Alliance Manager in Educational Services from 1995 to 1997. Following that, they joined Sun Microsystems as an Account Manager in Educational Services for a year. From 1998 to 2000, they worked at both USInternetworking and USi as a Director of Educational Services. In 2000, they became the Vice President/Partner of Business Development at Intelitarget until 2004. Wendy then worked as a Program Director at Gifts In Kind International from 2004 to 2005. Wendy joined WestLake Training & Development as the Manager of Business Development in 2005 and stayed there until 2010. Finally, they worked at Oracle Corporation as an Education Sales Rep for Oracle University in Reston VA from 2010 to 2011. Since 2011, Wendy has been a National Account Manager at Sunset Learning Institute.

Wendy Bowlds completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in History Elementary Education at Transylvania University from 1969 to 1973.
