Gabriel Jiménez Orozco has extensive work experience in the field of Cisco networking. Gabriel is currently employed at Sunset Learning Institute since July 2022, where they serve as a Senior Cisco Instructor, Arista Instructor, Content Developer, and CNA Speaker. Prior to that, they worked at NterOne Corporation from November 2018 to June 2022, holding similar roles as a Senior Cisco Instructor, Content Developer, CNA Speaker, and Arista Instructor.

In 2018, Gabriel also worked as a Cisco Networking Academy Instructor at Universidad del Valle de México from October to December. Before that, they were employed by Cisco from March 2015 to November 2018, initially as an Educational Specialist and later as a Content Developer at Cisco Learning Services.

Gabriel's career in the networking field began at Tecnológico de Monterrey, where they worked as a Senior Telecommunications Part-Time Professor from September 2000 to December 2015. Gabriel also worked as a CCSI and Cisco Advanced Services Instructor at Tech 2000 from May 2013 to March 2015, delivering various Cisco courses related to service providers, data centers, and networking design.

In addition, Gabriel served as a Learning Development Manager and Senior Cisco Instructor at SLS LATAM from May 2012 to May 2013, delivering advanced Cisco training and developing training materials. Gabriel worked as an IP Expert at Nokia Siemens Networks from December 2008 to April 2012. Gabriel also had a brief tenure as a Senior Instructor at Fast Lane Mexico in 2008, where they focused on CCxp and CCIE level courses and established learning partners relationships. Gabriel started their teaching career as an Instructor at Global Knowledge Mexico from 2005 to 2007.

Gabriel Jiménez Orozco has an extensive education history with a focus on telecommunications and electronic studies. Gabriel obtained a Master's Degree in Administration of Telecommunications from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they pursued from 2000 to 2004. Prior to that, they attended Universidad Autónoma Metropolitana from 1990 to 1994, where they earned a bachelor's degree in Electronics.

In addition to their formal education, Gabriel has acquired various certifications. Some of the notable certifications include "Implementing and Operating Cisco Service Provider Network Core Technologies" from Cisco, obtained in January 2021, and "DevNet Class of 2020" from Cisco, obtained in October 2020. Gabriel also holds certifications from VMware, such as "VMware Certified Professional 6 – Data Center Virtualization" obtained in April 2017 and "VMware Certified Associate 6 - Data Center Virtualization" obtained in February 2017.

Other certifications include "Cisco Industrial Networking Specialist" obtained in October 2015, "Cisco Advanced Services Instructor for Sourcefire SSFIPS" obtained in December 2014, and "CCNP Wireless" obtained in September 2012. Gabriel has a vast range of certifications in various fields, showcasing their expertise and commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
