Amanda La Roche, MNA, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in finance and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Finance and HR at Sunset Cultural Center since June 2022. Notable achievements include the investigation of employee complaints leading to termination while protecting the organization from litigation risk, and the implementation of policies that enhanced financial operations. Previously, as Project Services Manager at SocialGood Fund, Amanda provided strategic support that significantly increased the number of fiscally sponsored projects and their budgets. Additional roles include Client Services Manager at Community Initiatives and various project management positions at Brilliant Corners, where Amanda streamlined compliance processes and built strong stakeholder relationships. Amanda holds a Master's degree in Nonprofit Administration from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
