Prior roles include Inside Sales Representative at FreshPoint, Inc., and Purchasing Supervisor at Montage Hotels & Resorts, showcasing expertise in supply chain management. Nikki's culinary journey began as a Line Cook at Mansion on Forsyth Park and included a position as Culinary Supervisor at The Sea Pines Resort.
