Jack Araque is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Blue Lime General Manager at Sunseeker Resort Charlotte Harbor since November 2023. Prior to this role, Jack held the position of Restaurant / Bar Manager at White Lodging since May 2022 and served as Beverage Manager at Sunseeker Resorts from August 2023 to December 2023. Jack's extensive background includes a tenure at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as Bar Manager, where the Merchant and Trade was nominated for Best American Hotel Bar in the East Region for two consecutive years. Additionally, Jack was the President/Owner of J&E Commercial Cleaning Services INC for nearly a decade, providing services to various establishments. Previous experience also includes bartending roles at prestigious hotels such as The St. Regis, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group.
