Alison Frech, EMBA, is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in customer success and operations management. Currently serving as the Senior Executive Program Manager for Escalations & Preventions at Sunrun, Alison has previously held roles such as Remote Sr. Operations Customer Success Coordinator and Remote Customer Success Specialist at WhiskerCloud. Additional experience includes positions as Remote Senior Stylist at Stitch Fix and Financial Advocate at Penn Mutual, along with owning a shop at C & F AUTO. Alison holds a BA in Communications from UC San Diego and has furthered education at Pepperdine University’s The George L. Graziadio School of Business and Management.
