Jessica is a culinary professional with extensive experience in various roles within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Lancemore Hotel Group since January 2024, Jessica has held multiple positions, including Chef De Partie at Pt. Leo Estate and Woodman Estate from September 2021 to September 2021, and Chef De Partie at Longitude 131° and Bolero Brasserie. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Bolero Brasserie as Head Chef and Sous Chef, as well as a Demi Chef de Partie position at Mozaic Restaurant. Jessica started their career as a Cook at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and completed an internship at Steigenberger Hotels and Resorts.
