Kimberley Herbert has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Kimberley started their career in 2005 as a Clinical Trainer at FIG Advanced Clinical Center. Kimberley then moved on to work as an RN Clinical Supervisor at Final Inches Body Shaping from 2007 to 2009. In 2010, Kimberley joined DaVita Kidney Care, where they served as a Facility Administrator from 2010 to 2012 and later became a Clinical Services Specialist from 2012 to 2016. Kimberley then transitioned to Sunrise Senior Living in 2016, where they took on various roles, including Director of Quality Assurance and eventually becoming the RN Senior Director of Resident Care in January 2018. Most recently, they worked as a COVID RN Site Lead at St. Louis Department of Health/Witt O'Brien from July 2021 to December 2021.

Kimberley Herbert attended the Goldfarb Hospital School of Nursing from 1998 to 2000 and earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 1983 to 1987 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Social Work. Kimberley is also a Registered Nurse certified by the Missouri Board of Nursing.
