Kathryn Barnes is an experienced executive in senior living and healthcare, currently serving as Executive Director at Spring Arbor Senior Living since October 2016. Previous roles include Executive Director at Ashleigh at Lansdowne and Administrator at Falcons Landing, as well as Executive Director at Potomac Place Assisted Living and Memory Care. Kathryn's extensive background features over two decades at Masonic Home of Virginia, where significant contributions included establishing the Social Services department and planning the Memory Support Program for dementia care. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Gerontology from Virginia Commonwealth University.
