Atom Michael Terpening has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Atom Michael is currently working as a Circle Leader Project Manager for Sociocracy Training Institute at Governance Alive, LLC. Prior to that, they held various roles at HUMANITY'S TEAM, including Circle Facilitator, Host, Learning Content Reviewer, and Video Production Lead and Conscious Business Support Tech. Atom Michael also served as the Director of IT at Sunrise Ranch and Director of Information Technology at Sunrise Ranch Conference and Retreat Center. Additionally, they worked as a Corporate Information Officer at Consulting Management Innovators (CMI), Technical Project Consultant for Product Redesign at Evolent Health, Care Management Design Consultant at Community Health Partnerships, System Consultant at Essette Inc, Business Analyst as an Independent Consultant for Auraviva, and as a Health Care Related Business Systems Analyst at a privately funded start-up.

Atom Michael Terpening began their education by attending the University of Michigan from 1972 to 1974, where they worked towards a Bachelor of Wildlife Biology. Their field of study during this time was Anthropology and Cultural Psychology.
