Kimberly Sandifer, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Chief Human Resources Officer at HALO Branded Solutions since November 2020, where responsibilities include driving HR strategies for a global leader in promotional product and recognition solutions. Previously, Kimberly held the position of VP, HR Business Partner, Specialty at CNA Insurance and served as Senior HR Manager at Ulta Beauty, focusing on Associate Relations and Shared Services. Kimberly also held various roles at Chubb Insurance, including Vice President of Human Resources and AVP, where contributions encompassed employee engagement and strategic staffing across multiple regions. Kimberly holds a BS in Finance and Economics from Elmhurst University and has furthered education at Smith College.
