Dirk Martens has extensive experience in customer service management roles at Esko and SunPower Corporation. At Esko, Dirk served as the Customer Service Manager for Oceania, overseeing the after-sales service department and growing the team significantly during their tenure. Dirk was also actively involved in supporting the marketing department and increasing revenue from service contracts. Dirk later transitioned to SunPower Corporation, where Dirk currently holds the position of Global Technical Support Manager. In this role, Dirk provides leadership to customer service agents, engineers, and IT staff globally, ensuring departmental compliance, client growth, revenue increase, and effective resource management.
