Live Nova Næss currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer at Sunphade since May 2024. Prior experience includes the role of Strategy and Business Development Manager at Otovo from March 2022 to May 2024, focusing on business strategy development, stakeholder projects, fundraising, M&As, and operational excellence. Næss worked as a Business Development Manager at Coor from April 2017 to March 2022, handling business development projects in Norway, conducting business analysis, due diligence, and negotiations. An earlier position as Analyst at VG - Verdens Gang AS involved market research and data-driven product development. Other experiences include consulting in Safety Risk Management at DNV GL, research internships at NTNU and Sparebank 1, and a project in magnetochemistry. Næss holds a Master’s Degree in Technical Physics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and completed an exchange program at Pierre and Marie Curie University.
