Leon Coward is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the energy and construction sectors. Currently serving as a Sr. Specialist Pipeline Scheduler at Energy Transfer since June 2015, Leon Coward is responsible for directing the safe and efficient movement of petroleum products and crude within the eastern area pipeline system, adhering to federal regulations and company standards. As the owner of PAVE TECH Concrete & Construction since January 2009, Leon Coward manages proposals, contracts, and formal budgeting processes. Previous experience includes holding roles at ROSEN from May 2007 to September 2014, first as an Electronic Technician and later as a Final Test specialist, focusing on the verification and testing of electronic components. Leon Coward holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Prairie View A&M University, earned from 2001 to 2006.
