Mary Hyginus-Joseph is an experienced educator currently serving as a Teacher at Sunnyvale School District since August 2022. Prior to this, Mary held various teaching positions within the Diocese of San Jose from August 2001 to August 2022, including roles in 2nd grade homeroom, Reading Intervention, Middle School English Language Arts, Social Studies, Math, and Primary Social Studies and Science. Mary holds a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Instruction from Santa Clara University, a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from York University, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential from Santa Clara University, and a Reading Certification from UC San Diego Extended Studies.
