Rachel Carter is a highly experienced educational professional with a diverse background in early childhood and special education. Currently serving as an Early Intervention Specialist at Sunny Days In Home Care, LLC since 2014, Rachel also holds an adjunct faculty position in the Early Childhood Education Department at Northampton Community College since August 2013. As the Assistant Director at New Beginnings Daycare since October 2011, responsibilities include office management, staff coordination, and classroom support. Rachel has extensive experience as a Lead Teacher at PSFC Monroe County Head Start, focusing on preschool-aged children, and previously worked at Eden II Programs and The Children's Center for Early Learning, where specialized strategies for students with special needs were developed and implemented.
